New platform for integrated all-optical logic studied

<img src=”https://naked-science.ru/wp-content/uploads/2025/01/11-1-2.jpg” alt=”A new platform for integrated all-optical logic has been studied”/>A research group from Skoltech and ITMO University led by the director of the Skoltech Center for Photonics and Photonic Technologies, Professor Pavlos Lagoudakis, a Challenge Prize laureate, demonstrated tunable polariton emission at room temperature on CsPbBr3 perovskite crystals as a promising platform for integration into lateral microchips – a new concept for all-optical integrated logic, which is being developed at Skoltech.
